A multi market real estate investing group. Committed to growing portfolios and creating wealth. When we first decided to start investing in Califoria real estate, we were intimidated by the high prices and intense competition. But we knew that with the right strategy and a bit of persistence, we could build a successful portfolio.
CM Equities began by doing our research and learning as much as we could about the different markets in the state. Our team sourced a very experienced real estate agent to help us identify off market properties that offered good value, despite the high costs. We also looked for properties that had the potential for rent increases and or other ways to force its appreciation, despite the state’s strict zoning laws and rental regulations.
It wasn’t easy, but through hard work and determination, we have been able to grow our portfolio and make a significant profit. We are now a successful real estate investing group in California, and other states, thanks to persistence and the right strategy.
HOW WE’RE DOIN
Since our investment journey began in the spring of 2019 we have grown incredibly. Our process of updating outdated properties, achieving market rents, then refinancing to continue growing has so far proven successful.
